Here’s what you need to know about the Mandatory Covid-19 Swab Testing (RT-PCR) (Mga angay nga pangutana kalabot sa Mandatory Covid-19 Swab Testing kon RT-PCR Test)
ANSWER:  Yes. All F1, F2 and F3 contacts of the individuals with confirmed positive RT-PCR test must undergo swab test as mandated under  Republic Act (RA) 11332, Executive Order (EO) 20 and EO 20-A
The Contact tracing Team and District Health Nurse are tasked to schedule the swab test

Tubag: Oo. Ubos sa Republic Act (RA) 11332, Executive Order (EO) 20 and EO 20-A, ang tanang F1, F2 ug F3 contacts sa usa kumpirmadong positibo nga kaso (Rt-PC confirmed positive) gi-mandoan nga mupailawom og swab test.

Ang Contact Tracing team o District Health Nurse mao’y gitahasan nga motakda sa petsa o skedyul sa swabbing.

ANSWER: You need a swab test because you have been in close contact either with a confirmed positive Covid-19 case or the First Generation, Second and Third Generation in close contact with a confirmed positive case.

Tubag: Tungod Close Contact ka sa usa ka kumpirmadong kaso/pasyente sa Covid-19 o di kaha Close Contact sa First Generation, Second and Third Generation sa usa ka nagpositibo nga pasyente.

ANSWER: To ensure you have not contracted the Sars-CoV-2, which causes the coronavirus disease, and you will not transmit the virus. This is also to protect your family, co-workers, and other people.

Tubag: Aron maseguro nga wala kay sars-CoV-2 Virus ug dili ka makapanakod. Importante usab kini arun nga maproteksyonan ang imong pamilya, katrabaho ug ang ubang  tao.

ANSWER: The swab test at City Health Office-designated Swab Centers is free of charge.

Tubag: Libre kang makapa-swab test sa mga Swab Centers nga gitahasan sa City Health Office

ANSWER: FO or the Index Patient is the individual positive of the COVID-19.

Tubag: Ang F0 o Index Patient mao ang indibidwal nga nag positibo sa Covid 19.

ANSWER: F1 is the first generation contact of a patient with a confirmed positive RT-PCR result.

Tubag: Ang F1 mao ang first generation contacts sa usa ka pasyente nga kumpirmadong nagpositibo sa COVID-19 (RT-PCR confirmed COVID-19 positive case).

ANSWER: F2 is the second generation contact of (F1) patient with a confirmed positive RT-PCR result.

Tubag: Ang F2 mao ang second generation contacts sa usa ka pasyente nga kumpirmadong nagpositibo sa COVID-19 (close contacts sa F1).

ANSWER: F3 is the third generation contact of (F2) patient with a confirmed positive RT-PCR result.

Tubag: Ang F3 mao ang third generation contacts sa usa ka pasyente nga kumpirmadong nagpositibo sa COVID-19 (close contacts sa F2).

ANSWER: All FO or individuals with confirmed positive results of the RT-PCR must undergo a 14-day or more Mandatory Isolation upon the advice of the medical doctor.

Tubag: Tanang F0 kon mga nagpositibo sa Covid 19 kinahanglan dayon mupailawom sa dili mu ubos sa katorse (14) ka adlaw o lapas pa nga Mandatory Isolation nga paga desisyonan sa gitahasang doktor. Ang mga F1 contacts kinahanglan mupailawom dayon sa katorse (14) ka adlaw nga mandatory quarantine bisan paman negatibo ang resulta niini.

ANSWER: All F2 and F3 need not undergo the mandatory quarantine if they are not experiencing Influenza-Like-Illness (ILI) but they should self-monitor their health conditions, strictly observe the minimum health standards, and report/inform to the (who) if they feel Influenza-like symptoms.

ANSWER: All persons who refuse the Mandatory Isolation after they are informed to be positive of Covid-19 and undergo the mandatory isolation/quarantine will pay the penalty of P20,000 but not more than P50,000 and imprisonment under the Republic Act 11332 or “An Act Providing Policies and Prescribing Procedures On Surveillance and Response To Notifiable Diseases, Epidemics, And Health Events of Public Concern”.

ANSWER: Yes. All F1, F2, F3 after being informed to do a swab test or mandatory isolation/quarantine but refuse to do so will pay the penalty of P20,000 but not more than P50,000 and imprisonment under the Republic Act 11332 or the “An Act Providing Policies and Prescribing Procedures On Surveillance and Response To Notifiable Diseases, Epidemics, And Health Events of Public Concern”.

ANSWER: The parents or legal guardians will face cases for the violation.
