The City Government of Davao announced on Tuesday, November 2, that it will no longer require the mandatory use of motorcycle barriers and installation of plastic barriers on the jeepneys and other public utility vehicles to separate passengers effective immediately.
A total of 29,576 public utility vehicle drivers has received anti-Covid vaccines through the Davao City government's vaccination drive in three sites opened for them at Agro Compound, Calinan, and Panacan.
Davao City kept its five percent COVID-19 positivity rate recently, which the Davao COVID-19 Task Force said is a piece of good news.
